Power Unbound
Unlock a new set of traits for one of your Artifacts.
Power Unbound requires you to unlock a new set of traits for one of your Artifacts by completing a quest chain that begins with Khadgar at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore.
Visit Khadgar at Deliverance Point
After maxing out your artifact traits and reaching AK level 26, return to Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore and pick up the quest called Investigating the Legion from Khadgar. The game does not prompt you to do this, so you must go there manually.
Complete the quest chain
Follow the quest chain starting from Investigating the Legion. This leads through a series of steps including visiting empowerment sites and working with your Order Hall researcher, ultimately unlocking the new artifact traits needed for the achievement.
Relog to refresh trait window
After the achievement triggers, relog your character to force the trait window to refresh so that the newly unlocked artifact traits become visible.
