Reach Prestige Level 9.
Hell, It's About Nine is an achievement earned by reaching Prestige Level 9 through PvP Honor progression.
Reach Prestige Level 9
Earn Honor through PvP activities and Prestige each time you reach Honor Level 50, repeating this process until you reach Prestige Level 9. Upon reaching Prestige 9, you will receive the 
Prestigious Ivory Courser mount as a reward.
Track Prior Prestige Rewards
As you progress toward Prestige 9, you will also collect the following rewards along the way: 
Alliance Enthusiast or Horde Fanatic (Prestige 1), an Artifact Appearance (Prestige 2), the 
Honorable Pennant toy (Prestige 3), the 
Prestigious Bronze Courser mount (Prestige 4), a Title (Prestige 5), an Artifact Tint (Prestige 6), the 
Dutiful Gruntling or 
Dutiful Squire pet (Prestige 7), and the Prestigious Pennant toy (Prestige 8).
