Boneafide Tri Tip
Defeat Guarm after taking his Chew Toy into all three Guardian's Breaths in Trial of Valor on Normal difficulty or higher.
Boneafide Tri Tip requires you to pick up the Chew Toy behind Guarm in Trial of Valor and stand in all three of his Guardian's Breath colors before killing him.
Pick Up the Chew Toy
Enter Trial of Valor and pull Guarm. The Chew Toy is on the ground behind him — aggro the boss first, then immediately click the bone. Position yourself next to the bone with your cursor hovering over it before pulling so you can grab it within the same second you aggro Guarm.
Stand Still, Cast Nothing
Once you pick up the Chew Toy you will be slowed and unable to move freely. Stand in the middle of the room and do not cast any spells or use any potions while holding the bone, as doing so will cause it to drop.
Soak All Three Breaths
Guarm will breathe three different colored breaths onto your position — you do not need to move between them. Wait until you have three different colored debuffs, confirming you have been hit by all three breath variations.
Kill Guarm
After collecting all three breath debuffs, you are free to turn around and kill Guarm normally to complete the achievement.
Tips
If playing a Shaman, cast Ghost Wolf before picking up the bone to remove the movement slow — casting it after picking up the bone will cause the bone to drop.
If the bone despawns before you can pick it up on higher difficulties, lock your target on Guarm, hover your cursor over the bone, use a non-damaging ability to aggro him, then click the bone immediately in the same second.
Avoid touching Guarm's model, getting hit by his leap during Off the Leash, or getting run over during Headlong Charge — any of these will cause the Chew Toy to fall to the ground.
