Insurrection
Complete the Suramar storylines listed below.
Insurrection is a World of Warcraft achievement earned by completing a series of Suramar storylines that chronicle the assault on Elisande's inner sanctum leading into the Nighthold raid.
Complete A Change of Seasons
Finish the final mandatory chapter of Good Suramaritan, A Change of Seasons, and complete the transition quest Arluin's Request — this is the prerequisite that unlocks the Insurrection chapters. Without Arluin's Request specifically, the 7.1 quests will not appear even if you have the Good Suramaritan achievement.
Begin the Lockdown Chapter
With Arluin's Request complete, start the Lockdown chapter in Suramar. Work through its five quests in order: One Day at a Time, Silence in the City, Crackdown, Answering Aggression, and No Reason to Stay. The starting area can be found at 36.09, 47.26 in Suramar, with an alternate nearby point at 34.88, 47.89 in Suramar if needed.
Unlock Chapters Over Nine Weeks
The remaining Insurrection chapters are time-gated and unlock progressively over a period of nine weeks, so completing the full achievement requires at least nine weekly resets from when you begin.
Defeat Gul'dan for Mount Reward
After completing the Insurrection questline, an optional follow-up quest called Lord of the Shadow Council becomes available, requiring you to defeat Gul'dan inside the Nighthold raid — this can be done on LFR difficulty. Completing it leads to the quest Fate of the Nightborne, which rewards the 
Arcanist's Manasaber mount.
Tips
The optional chapters such as Moon Guard Stronghold and Jandvik's Jarl are not required to begin or complete Insurrection.
Gul'dan in the Nighthold can be defeated on LFR difficulty to complete the Lord of the Shadow Council quest and earn the Arcanist's Manasaber.
