Head to the western edge of Suramar and find the Alliance Bonfire at 23.02, 58.35 in Suramar, which sits northwest of Felsoul Hold along the road toward Azsuna.
Desecrate the Bonfire
Interact with the Alliance Bonfire at 22.85, 58.3 to desecrate it and complete the achievement.
