Treasures of Highmountain

Obtain the Treasure Map: Highmountain before you begin, as it will reveal many treasure locations on your in-game map. Note that some treasures are hidden inside caves and subzones and will only appear on your map once you physically enter that area.

Work through the following confirmed treasure locations across the zone: at 52.4, 51.5; at 41.6, 49.9; at 46.7, 28.1; at 54.2, 41.6; at 37.2, 57.7; at 45.5, 34.6; at 45.2, 27.4; at 53.5, 43.5; at 37.5, 33.8; at 53.0, 52.2; at 53.1, 39.5; at 50.2, 38.6; at 53.4, 48.7; at 55.1, 49.6; at 46.8, 40.1; at 50.8, 35.0; at 42.5, 35.0; at 49.6, 37.7; at 51.0, 36.5; at 50.3, 38.6; at 46.4, 21.6; at 37.4, 33.8; at 39.3, 48.2; at 45.1, 59.9; at 42.7, 61.7; at 55.0, 51.17; at 31.3, 27.3; and at 52.1, 41.7 inside the Feltotem camp near the Marsh Lands.

In the Path of Huln subzone, collect the Small Treasure Chest at 43.7, 72.7. Additional treasures in this southern area can be found at 49.2, 73.2, at 46.2, 73.4, at 36.6, 62.1, at 39.4, 62.3, at 39.3, 76.2, and at 47.48, 84.4.

Fly to Obsidian Overlook and enter the cave to the north — your map will change when you go inside, revealing two additional treasures at 47.0, 72.7 and 49.3, 73.2 that are not visible on the main zone map from outside. Both treasures count toward the achievement.

Inside Thunder Totem, collect the treasure at 63.4, 59.3. There is also an unmarked treasure in the central room downstairs in the water pool at 47.08, 52.25 — this treasure counts toward the achievement. A boat treasure can be found at 32.6, 41.1, and an underwater cave entrance is at 32.1, 45.1 leading to a treasure at 32.0, 38.3.

There is a cave accessible from either 39, 42 or 41, 46 in Highmountain — both entrances lead to the same cave — with a treasure inside at 60, 26 that does not appear from outside the cave. A separate hidden cave treasure can be found at 39.5, 57.4 and another at 41.9, 39.9, neither of which appear on the standard map.

Several chests in Highmountain do not count toward the 40-treasure total: the chest at 38.9, 54.4 east of Thunder Totem inside a small hut does not count, the treasure at 52.7, 42.1 in a harpy nest near Skyhorn does not count, and the chest at 52.5, 66.3 in the pit in Darkfeather Valley does not count — skip these if you are close to 40.
