Roster of Champions requires you to collect 8 Class Hall Champions through your Order Hall storyline quests.
Complete Order Hall Quests
Progress through your Class Order Hall quest chain. By level 110 and completion of the main class hall quest chain, you will have 5 champions, with additional champions unlocked through further quests as they become available.
Reach 8 Champions
You can have more than 8 total champions recruited while only 5 are active at a time — the achievement tracks total champions collected, not active ones, so inactive champions still count toward the 8 required.
