Field Medic
Come to the aid of all wounded travelers across the Broken Isles.
Field Medic requires you to come to the aid of all wounded travelers across the Broken Isles by collecting dropped quest items, crafting First Aid supplies, and completing the associated quests to earn the Field Medic title.
Level Legion First Aid
Your First Aid skill must be at Legion level before you can complete these quests. Certain quests require specific skill thresholds — for example, Set Bone requires 800 skill and Silkweave Splint requires 760 skill.
Stockpile Required Crafting Materials
Gather materials needed for the 16 quests: 44 
Field Packs, 15 
Silvery Salves (requiring 75 
Silver Mackerel), 15 
Silkweave Bandages (requiring 15 
Shal'dorei Silk), and 14 
Silkweave Splints (requiring 84 Shal'dorei Silk and 15 
Leystone Ore).
Farm Gloaming Reef in Azsuna
Start at Gloaming Reef in Azsuna, where murlocs drop both Azsuna and Val'sharah quest items. You can find 
Singed Note dropped by Hatecoil Slavemasters at 44.2, 52.4 and 49.2, 59.8, and 
Bloody Note dropped by Blacksail Salvors at 54.8, 52.2 and 60.8, 70.8, as well as by Legion Willbreakers at 27.8, 46.6.
Farm Warden Towers in Azsuna
Kill every mob in one Warden Tower on Warden Island, then move to the next tower. By the time you finish clearing the second tower, mobs in the first tower will have respawned, providing a continuous loop for dropping 
Fevered Plea, 
Bloody Request, and other Azsuna quest items.
Farm Val'sharah at Gloaming Reef
The Bloody Request is dropped by Thistleleaf Menace in Val'sharah at 46.6, 74.4 and 54.8, 83.4. Gloaming Reef is also a strong location for picking up Val'sharah quest items including 
Bloody Plea and 
Fevered Note.
Farm Bonespeaker Carvers in Stormheim
Head to Stormheim and kill Bonespeaker Carvers at 68, 51, which have near-instant respawn rates. For additional variety, farm murlocs to the east of this location, where 
Crumpled Request has been found.
Abandon Already-Completed Quests
If a dropped quest item corresponds to a quest you have already completed, abandon it immediately — there is no penalty for doing so, and abandoning frees up your quest log for new drops.
Tips
If you receive a quest item for a quest you have not yet completed, drop rates suggest you are unlikely to receive another new quest item that same farming session, so switching zones or stopping for the day is worthwhile.
Equip a shoulder enchant while farming to generate free crafting materials as you kill mobs.
