Why Can't I Hold All This Mana? requires you to obtain all 10 possible increases to your Ancient Mana capacity in Suramar, raising it from the base of 300 to a maximum of 2000.

Complete Suramar Storyline Quests

Five of the ten capacity increases come as rewards from progressing through the Suramar storyline. Complete the quests Feeding Shal'Aran (+200), The Valewalker's Burden (+300), Thalyssra's Abode (+200), How It's Made: Arcwine (+200, requires Honored), and Make Your Mark (+300, requires Honored) in that order as you advance through approximately 71 storyline quests.

Collect Kel'danath's Manaflask

Pick up Kel'danath's Manaflask at 21, 54.5 in Suramar, near Falanaar, for a +100 capacity increase.

Collect Volatile Leyline Crystal

Pick up Volatile Leyline Crystal at 21.2, 33.8 in Suramar, inside Falanaar, for a +100 capacity increase.

Collect Enchanted Burial Urn

Pick up Enchanted Burial Urn at 45, 30.4 in Suramar, in Tel'Anor, for a +100 capacity increase.

Collect Infinite Stone

Pick up Infinite Stone at 34.5, 11.1 in Suramar, at the Moon Guard Stronghold, for a +100 capacity increase.

Collect Kyrtos's Research Notes

Pick up Kyrtos's Research Notes at 76.8, 70.7 in Suramar inside the Den of the Demented, which requires descending deep underground. Use the path at 70.24, 25.12 in Azsuna leading up to the cave, then enter the Den of the Demented at 71.09, 23.96 in Azsuna, and find the notes at 26.81, 70.75 in Suramar for a +100 capacity increase.
