It All Makes Sense Now

During the Legion pre-launch event, find any Doomsayer NPC in Stormwind City or Orgrimmar. In Stormwind City, Doomsayers can be found at 78, 37 near Stormwind Keep Steps, at 72, 47 along the Stormwind Keep Canal, at 77, 63 near Old Town by Champions Hall, at 67, 58 along the Old Town Canal, at 66, 71 near the Trade District by the Flightpath, at 61, 75 near the Trade District Bank, at 55, 68 along the Trade District Canal, and at 47, 49 in Cathedral Square West, among others. In Orgrimmar, Doomsayers are located at 68, 32, at 65, 47, at 57, 52, at 40, 46, at 48, 56, at 52, 63, at 44, 63, at 52, 84, at 33, 68, at 40, 78, and in the Cleft of Shadow at 66, 40 and at 42, 66.

Speak to any Doomsayer to receive a random pamphlet — possible pamphlets include the Tattered Pamphlet, Worn Pamphlet, Damp Pamphlet, Crumpled Pamphlet, Odorous Pamphlet, Prophetic Pamphlet, Scribbled Pamphlet, Stained Pamphlet, Ominous Pamphlet, Demonic Pamphlet, Blackened Pamphlet, and Scrawled Pamphlet. The pamphlet received is random regardless of which Doomsayer you choose, and you can stick to a single NPC and return repeatedly. There is a shared 15-minute cooldown across all Doomsayers after speaking to one.

Pamphlets are not unique items, meaning you can receive duplicates of the same type. Do not delete any pamphlet you have already collected, as holding onto existing pamphlets does not prevent duplicates but helps you track which ones you still need to collect.

The 15-minute Doomsayer cooldown can be bypassed by killing yourself and resurrecting, allowing you to speak to a Doomsayer again immediately after releasing and coming back to life. Repeating this process lets you collect pamphlets much faster than waiting out the full cooldown each time.
