Complete all of the Sixtrigger brothers' quests in Stormheim.
What a Ripoff! is a 5-point achievement earned by completing all of the Sixtrigger brothers' quest line in Stormheim, where Rax and Snaggle Sixtrigger con you into working for them before revealing your rewards are worthless scam items.
Travel to Talonrest, Stormheim
Head to Talonrest in Stormheim. You must be at least character level 98 to begin the quest line, and there are no prerequisites beyond that.
Complete Eating Into Our Business
Accept and complete the first quest from the Sixtrigger brothers. Your reward will appear to be either a 
Mysterious Coin or a 
Swatch of Priceless Silk.
Complete Only the Finest
Complete the second quest in the chain. Your reward will appear to be either 
Magical Sprouting Beans or a 
Shiny Gold Nugget.
Complete Rigging the Wager
Complete the third quest in the Sixtrigger brothers' chain to continue progressing toward the achievement.
Complete A Stone Cold Gamble
Complete the fourth quest in the chain to keep the con going with Rax and Snaggle Sixtrigger.
Complete A Stack of Racks
Complete the fifth quest, which rewards either a 
Crystal Clear Gemstone or an 
Elixir of Endless Wonder.
Complete Put It All on Red
Complete the final quest in the chain. Your reward will be 
Rax's Magnifying Glass and 
Steelscale's Fin. Using Rax's Magnifying Glass on your quest rewards reveals they are all trash items, such as a 
Vial of Questionable Liquid — completing all six quests unlocks the achievement.
