The Prestige
Successfully reach Prestige level 1, rank 50 and be recognized for your valor by the leaders of the Alliance.
The Prestige is a Legion PvP achievement earned by reaching Honor Level 50, Prestiging once, and then grinding through 50 more Honor levels to arrive at what is effectively Prestige rank 2.
Reach Honor Level 50
Earn Honor through PvP activities to progress through all 
50 Honor levels, unlocking Honor talents along the way. No specific rating in Arenas or Rated Battlegrounds is required — Honor can be accumulated through any PvP content.
Prestige for the first time
Once you reach Honor Level 50, choose to Prestige. This resets your Honor level back to 1 while your Honor talents remain permanently unlocked, and grants cosmetic rewards such as 
Prestigious Bronze Courser and other items.
Grind 50 more Honor levels
After Prestiging, earn Honor again to work through another 50 Honor levels. Upon reaching Honor Level 50 a second time (Prestige rank 2), the achievement is awarded.
Tips
This achievement does not require any minimum Arena or Rated Battleground rating, so unrated PvP such as random Battlegrounds counts toward Honor progression.
Following the Legion Prestige system's removal, these rewards were converted to the current Honor Level system: Honor Level 10 grants the Crest of Heroism, Honor Level 30 grants the Crest of Carnage, Honor Level 50 grants the Crest of Devastation, and Honor Level 80 grants the Crest of Devastation — meaning the Artifact appearances tied to Prestige are still obtainable.
