WoW's 12th Anniversary is a limited-time login event running from November 16–30, rewarding players automatically for logging in during the celebration period.
Log In During Anniversary
Log in to the game between November 16 and November 30 to automatically receive the 
Anniversary Gift in your mailbox.
Complete The Historians Quest
Open your Anniversary Gift to receive the 
Letter from the Timewalkers, which starts the quest The Historians, and a 
Celebration Package containing 
200 Timewarped Badges.
Spend Timewarped Badges
Horde players can visit Historian Ju'pa, and Alliance players can visit Historian Llore, to spend Timewarped Badges on: 
Inflatable Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker for 50 Timewarped Badges, 
Exquisite Costume Set: "Edwin VanCleef" for 200 Timewarped Badges, 
Celebration Wand - Gnoll for 25 Timewarped Badges, Celebration Wand - Murloc for 25 Timewarped Badges, and 
Corgi Pup for 200 Timewarped Badges.
