The Wish Remover is a 10-point achievement earned by fishing up a full set of coins from the fountain in Broken Isles Dalaran.
Purchase Lures from Marcia Chase
Visit Marcia Chase in Broken Isles Dalaran and purchase all 8 available lures. Based on player data, buying four sets of each lure (32 lures total) is enough to find nearly all coins, with only 
Tyrande's Coin potentially requiring additional fishing.
Fish with the Alchemical Bonding Agent
Use the 
Alchemical Bonding Agent at the fountain. Across 50 casts, this lure has produced the following coins: 
Elothir's Golden Leaf, 
Vydhar's Wooden Nickel, 
Blingtron's Botcoin, 
Addie Fizzlebog's Coin, 
Remulos' Sigil, 
Ly'leth Lunastre's Family Crest, Stellagosa's Silver Coin, King Mrgl-Mrgl's Coin,

Fish with the Hypermagnetic Lure
Use the 
Hypermagnetic Lure at the fountain. This lure has confirmed drops including Murky's Coin and Rax Sixtrigger's Gold-Painted Copper Coin. If Tyrande's Coin is the last coin you are missing, focus exclusively on this lure, as it is reported to drop from it — one player found it after approximately 20 additional minutes of fishing with this lure alone.
Cycle through all remaining lures
Work through all 8 lures purchased from Marcia Chase one after another, repeating the full cycle up to four times. One player completed the achievement after approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes using this rotation, using four of each lure in sequence before switching to focused Hypermagnetic Lure fishing for the final missing coin.
