Collect 15 tabard slot appearances.

Fashionista: Tabard requires you to collect 15 tabard slot appearances, and with over 112 tabards available in the game, reaching this threshold is straightforward even for newer players.

1

Check Your Capital City Tabard Vendor First

Before traveling anywhere, visit your capital city's tabard vendor — Horde players should find Garyl in the Valley of Strength in Orgrimmar, while Alliance players should find Rebecca Laughlin in the Trade District Visitor's Center building in Stormwind. These vendors stock tabards your character has already earned, including ones you may have deleted or sold, so you may already be closer to 15 than you think.

2

Buy Free Faction Tabards for 10 Silver Each

Seven sets of faction tabards require no reputation and cost only 10 silver each, making them the fastest path to padding your count: Orgrimmar Tabard / Stormwind Tabard, Thunder Bluff Tabard / Gnomeregan Tabard, Undercity Tabard / Darnassus Tabard, Darkspear Tabard / Ironforge Tabard, Silvermoon City Tabard / Exodar Tabard, Bilgewater Cartel Tabard / Gilneas Tabard, and Huojin Tabard / Tushui Tabard — purchasing all fourteen of these alone surpasses the 15 appearance threshold.

3

Supplement With PVP Tabards If Needed

If you still need more appearances, four PVP tabards are quick to obtain: the Scout's Tabard and Private's Tabard each cost 1 Mark of Honor, while the Stone Guard's Herald and Knight's Colors are also available through PVP currency.
