Legion Medic requires you to reach 800 skill points in First Aid during the Legion expansion.
Level First Aid to 800
Progress is gated behind quest item drops, which have inconsistent drop rates. Completing zone quests, world quests, and other Legion content will generate opportunities for these drops, but the process can take considerably longer for some players than others.
Finish Last Points at Darkmoon Faire
If you are within 5 skill points of 800, travel to the Darkmoon Faire and complete the quest DEPRECATED: Putting the Carnies Back Together Again, which awards 5 skill points. This quest is not repeatable, so it can only close the gap once.
