Legion Master of All
Raise all primary professions to 100 skill points in the "Legion" category.
Legion Master of All requires raising every primary profession to 100 skill points in the Legion skill category.
Understand the Skill Cap
Each profession must reach exactly 100 skill points in the Legion category. Note that racial bonuses, such as those for Gnome Engineers or Draenei Jewelcrafters, do not count toward this requirement — your base Legion skill must reach 100.
Farm Blood of Sargeras
Many Legion crafting recipes require 
Blood of Sargeras. During Legion Timewalking, purchase 
Sargerei Blood Vessel from Aridormi for 
150 Timewarped Badges each, granting 5 Blood of Sargeras per vessel. Timewarped Badges are warbound, so you can accumulate them across multiple characters.
Track Progress Carefully
Jewelcrafting credit requires reaching exactly 100 skill points in the Legion category; reaching level 101 without first hitting 100 does not grant achievement credit, so monitor your skill total as you level.
Tips
Wait for Legion Timewalking to purchase Sargerei Blood Vessel from Aridormi, as this is the most efficient way to stockpile Blood of Sargeras for multiple crafting professions at once.
