But You Say He's Just a Friend
Defeat Warlord Parjesh without allowing any Hatecoil Shellbreakers to die in Eye of Azshara on Mythic difficulty.
"But You Say He's Just a Friend" is a 10-point Mythic difficulty achievement earned by defeating Warlord Parjesh in Eye of Azshara without letting any Hatecoil Shellbreakers die during the encounter.
Enter Eye of Azshara
Enter Eye of Azshara on Mythic difficulty and head to Warlord Parjesh. This achievement requires Mythic difficulty specifically.
Understand the Mechanic
Warlord Parjesh periodically uses Call Reinforcements to summon Hatecoil Shellbreakers and Hatecoil Crestriders. Hatecoil Shellbreakers must remain alive for the entire fight — killing even one will prevent the achievement from completing.
Kill Crestriders, Spare Shellbreakers
Kill the Hatecoil Crestriders as normal, but when Hatecoil Shellbreakers cast Bellowing Roar, interrupt them rather than killing them. Avoid any cleave or AoE damage that could accidentally kill a Shellbreaker.
Isolate Shellbreakers From Boss
Have a second player tank the Hatecoil Shellbreakers away from Warlord Parjesh to prevent them from being caught by his Impaling Spear or other boss abilities that could kill them before the fight ends.
Burn Down Parjesh
Focus all damage on Warlord Parjesh and defeat him while all Hatecoil Shellbreakers are still alive to complete the achievement. At high gear levels the boss can be burned down quickly before Shellbreakers become a significant problem.
Tips
See the video guides linked in this guide for a visual walkthrough of the Shellbreaker positioning and interrupt timing.
At sufficiently high item level, Parjesh can be burned down before multiple sets of reinforcements are summoned, reducing the risk of accidentally killing a Shellbreaker.
