Poor Unfortunate Souls
Defeat Helya in Maw of Souls while all group members are Poor Unfortunate Souls on Mythic difficulty.
Poor Unfortunate Souls requires you to defeat Helya in Maw of Souls on Mythic difficulty while every group member carries the buff obtained from Black Rook Hold, rewarding the pet 
Lagan upon completion.
Set Hearthstone Near Maw of Souls
Set your hearthstone to an inn near Maw of Souls before starting. This lets you return quickly after grabbing the required buff.
Pick Up Buff in Black Rook Hold
Enter Black Rook Hold and find the blue spirit candle in the very first room. Click it to receive a 30-minute buff — every member of your group must click it.
Complete Black Rook Hold Without Dying
Clear all the way to the final boss of Black Rook Hold without anyone dying, as death removes the buff entirely and forces a full reset. Watch out for the boulders on the stairs — leave the group at the bottom and send only one person up to stop them.
Hearthstone Back Immediately
After killing the last boss of Black Rook Hold you will have 10 minutes remaining on the buff, so use your 
Dalaran Hearthstone or hearthstone immediately to return near Maw of Souls.
Enter Maw of Souls on Mythic
Enter Maw of Souls on Mythic difficulty and allow the first boss to hit every group member at least once before killing it — this step is required for the achievement to register.
Defeat Helya to Complete Achievement
Finish the rest of Maw of Souls and defeat Helya while all group members still have the buff active to complete Poor Unfortunate Souls and receive Lagan.
Tips
This achievement is soloable at max level — you do not need a full group of five players.
