Tanaan Diplomat
Earn Revered reputation with all three factions in Tanaan Jungle.
Tanaan Diplomat requires you to earn Revered reputation with three specific Tanaan Jungle factions, and is a required component of the Draenor Pathfinder meta-achievement that unlocks flying in Draenor for all your level 90+ characters.
Understand the reputation requirement
You need to earn 21,000 reputation (Revered status) with each of the three required Tanaan factions — one Alliance-only, one Horde-only, and one cross-faction. Exalted is not required, only Revered.
Complete daily quests
The primary method for all three factions is completing their daily quests, which can bring you to Revered across all three factions in approximately three weeks.
Grind Saberstalkers reputation
The Saberstalkers is the cross-faction group and is the only faction where you can also kill specific mobs to earn reputation in addition to doing dailies — the other two factions are daily-quest-only for reputation gains.
Use Medallion of the Legion
As an alternative or supplement to dailies, you can use 
Medallion of the Legion to boost your reputation gains with all three factions; these are available on the Auction House from other players.
Tips
Completing Tanaan Diplomat also contributes to the Draenor Pathfinder meta-achievement, which additionally requires Draenor Explorer, Master Treasure Hunter, Loremaster of Draenor, and either Securing Draenor (A) or Securing Draenor (H).
Completing Draenor Pathfinder on one character unlocks Draenor flying and awards the
Soaring Skyterror mount account-wide for all characters level 90 and above.
