Fleet Commander
Complete 500 Naval Missions.
Fleet Commander requires you to complete 500 Naval Missions from your Shipyard, and the achievement is account-wide as of the Warbands update.
Complete Naval Missions
Send ships on Naval Missions from your Shipyard repeatedly until you reach 500 total completions. Naval Missions and Garrison Missions share the same icon and a similar tooltip, but only Naval Missions count toward Fleet Commander — Garrison Missions tracked under On a Massive Number of Missions do not contribute to this achievement.
Tips
Because the achievement is account-wide via Warbands, completions across all your characters now combine toward the 500 total.
