Flame Keeper of Eastern Kingdoms is a 10-point achievement earned during the Midsummer Fire Festival by honoring the Alliance and Horde bonfires scattered across the Eastern Kingdoms zones.
Honor Ironforge and Stormwind Flames
Visit the capital city flames for the Alliance: Ironforge in the Hall of Explorers and Stormwind outside the Stockades, north of the Mage Quarter at 40, 61.
Honor Undercity and Silvermoon Flames
Visit the Horde capital city flames: Undercity in the graveyard and Silvermoon City in the Court of the Sun, inside at the back.
Visit Eversong and Ghostlands Flames
Honor the Horde bonfire in Eversong Woods at 46, 50, then continue south to the Ghostlands flame at 46, 26 near Tranquillien.
Honor Tirisfal and Silverpine Flames

Tips
Travel from north to south through Eastern Kingdoms to minimize backtracking, starting in Silvermoon City and Eversong Woods, then working your way down to Stranglethorn.
You can honor both Horde and Alliance
Burning Blossom bonfires in the same run — honoring your own faction's fires grants Burning Blossoms while dishonoring the enemy faction's fires also rewards them.
