Complete 100 Naval Missions.
Petty Officer is earned by completing 100 Naval Missions and rewards the Captain's Hat appearance, delivered via in-game mail from Merreck Vonder.
Complete Naval Missions
Send fleets on Naval Missions from the fleet command table until you reach 100 completions. Progress toward this achievement is account-wide, so missions completed across all characters on your account count together.
Collect Your Captain's Hat
Once you hit 100 completions, check the mailbox next to Merreck Vonder and the fleet command table for a mail from Merreck Vonder containing the Captain's Hat appearance. If no mail arrives, check your nearest transmogrifier, as the appearance may already be unlocked in your collection.
