Naval Armada
Upgrade your shipyard to level 3.
Naval Armada is a 5-point achievement earned by upgrading your Garrison shipyard to level 3, which requires completing the Naval Domination quest.
Complete Naval Domination Quest
To unlock level 3 on the shipyard, complete the Naval Domination quest. You can work on this by running missions at the mission table located inside the shipyard of your Garrison.
Upgrade Shipyard to Level 3
Once Naval Domination is completed, upgrade your shipyard to level 3. This unlocks the ability to build Carriers and grants two additional ship slots.
