WoW's 11th Anniversary
Logged in during WoW's 11th Anniversary.
WoW's 11th Anniversary is a login achievement earned by logging into World of Warcraft between November 16th and November 30th, 2015, which also triggers an in-game mail containing several anniversary items.
Log In During Anniversary
Log into World of Warcraft between November 16th, 2015 at 10:00AM and November 30th, 2015 at 10:00AM to automatically receive the WoW's 11th Anniversary achievement and trigger the 
Anniversary Gift mail from The WoW Dev Team.
Claim Your Anniversary Mail
Open your in-game mailbox to collect the Anniversary Gift, which contains the 
Celebration Wand - Murloc, Celebration Wand - Gnoll, 
Inflatable Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker (which also rewards the Did Someone Say...? achievement), 
Exquisite Costume Set: "Edwin VanCleef", and the 
Celebration Package buff item.
Get Extra Wand Charges
The Celebration Wand - Gnoll is bound to your Battle.net account and comes with 5 charges, but you can obtain additional charges by creating new level 1 characters to claim more Anniversary Gift mails — note that the Inflatable Thunderfury was hotfixed and additional charges cannot be obtained this way.
Tips
The Celebration Wands transform you or a party member into a Gnoll or Murloc for 1 hour, and the transformation persists through combat and death but does not work while mounted.
