Don't Fear the Reaper
Defeat all 3 members of the Hellfire High Council in Hellfire Citadel within 10 seconds of each other on Normal difficulty or higher.
Don't Fear the Reaper requires defeating all 3 members of the Hellfire High Council — Gurtogg, Jubei'thos, and Dia — within 10 seconds of each other on Normal difficulty or higher in Hellfire Citadel.
Burn All Three to 32%
Enter Hellfire Citadel and bring Gurtogg, Jubei'thos, and Dia down to around 32% health collectively before triggering the 10-second kill window. At 30% each boss gains an additional ability, so pulling them below that threshold simultaneously is critical.
Manage Gurtogg's Tainted Blood
Once the bosses drop below 30%, Gurtogg continuously casts Tainted Blood, which stacks and drains 10% of the raid's health pool per stack. Combined with Mark of the Necromancer from Dia and Jubei'thos' escalating Wicked Strike damage, the kill window must be executed quickly after all three reach low health.
Watch Jubei'thos's Felstorm
Jubei'thos is invincible during Felstorm and will sit at 1 HP for up to 8 seconds while he whirlwinds. Either kill him before Felstorm triggers or time the burn so Felstorm does not activate right as he needs to die, otherwise the 10-second window will expire and the achievement will be lost.
Solo: Separate the Bosses
When soloing, stacking all three bosses together triggers a damage-reducing buff, likely originating from Dia. Use a pet to tank two bosses separately while DPSing the third, then nuke all three once they are at low health to complete the kill within 10 seconds.
