Nearly Indestructible
Complete the Hellfire Assault encounter in Hellfire Citadel while keeping the Hellfire Cannons above 90% health on Normal difficulty or higher.
Nearly Indestructible requires completing the Hellfire Assault encounter in Hellfire Citadel on Normal difficulty or higher while keeping both Hellfire Cannons above 90% health throughout the fight.
Enter Hellfire Citadel
Enter Hellfire Citadel at max level and clear the trash leading to the Hellfire Assault encounter, then activate the boss.
Position Between Cannons
Stand in the area between the two Hellfire Cannons so you can quickly reach either one to intercept enemies threatening them.
Kill Felfire Crushers First
Felfire Crushers deal heavy damage every 0.5 seconds in a short-range frontal cone and go directly for a cannon, so kill them the moment they spawn before any other enemy type.
Destroy Felfire Artillery Immediately
Felfire Artillery attempts to hit the Hellfire Cannons with Felfire Flamebelcher, a cone attack aimed at the cannons, so jump on Artillery as soon as it spawns — priority kill order is Crusher first, then Artillery.
Focus Down Siege Vehicles
As soon as any Siege Vehicle comes into range, burn it down immediately to prevent it from dealing damage to the cannons — this is the most critical step for keeping cannon health above 90%.
Ignore Felfire Munitions Initially
Do not pick up Felfire Munitions while enemies are still spawning — ignore them entirely and focus on killing every enemy as fast as possible.
Deliver Munitions to Cannons
Once enemies stop spawning, collect the Felfire Munitions from the ground and carry them to the cannons to finish the encounter — the cannons should still be at or near 100% health at this point, securing the achievement.

Running two Felfire Munitions to the cannons after clearing all enemies is typically enough to complete the encounter on Normal at max level.
