You must be level 100 with a level 3 garrison and have the Garrison Jukebox unlocked by completing the Bringing the Bass quest before any Music Rolls can be used.

Seven rolls are granted automatically during the introductory jukebox quest: Music Roll: Orgrimmar, Music Roll: Rescue the Warchief, Music Roll: Silvermoon, Music Roll: Thunder Bluff, Music Roll: Undercity, Music Roll: Way of the Monk, and Music Roll: The Zandalari.

The following rolls drop from raid bosses and are not guaranteed: Music Roll: The Black Temple drops in Black Temple, Music Roll: Wrath of the Lich King and Music Roll: Invincible drop in Icecrown Citadel, Music Roll: Mountains of Thunder drops in Halls of Lightning, Music Roll: The Argent Tournament drops in Icecrown Citadel, rolls drop from Blackwing Descent, Dragon Soul, Naxxramas, and Terrace of Endless Spring — enter each raid and defeat the relevant bosses solo.

Music Roll: Karazhan Opera House drops from the opera event in Karazhan and is not a guaranteed drop, so you may need to clear it across multiple weekly lockouts.

Music Roll: Zul'Gurub Voodoo drops inside Zul'Gurub and is not a guaranteed drop.

One Music Roll drops from Blackhand in Blackrock Foundry; this boss is available via LFR and is not a guaranteed drop.

Music Roll: Song of Liu Lang requires reaching Revered with the Lorewalkers faction, which can be completed in roughly an hour or two of lore object hunting.

Music Roll: Darkmoon Carousel requires 90 Darkmoon Faire Tickets, which are earned during the Darkmoon Faire event and may require attending across multiple monthly faires.

Some Music Rolls are obtained from boxes looted inside Gnomeregan, so run the instance and open any available boxes.

The remaining collectible rolls — including Music Roll: Shalandis Isle, Music Roll: Mulgore Plains, Music Roll: Lament of the Highborne, Music Roll: Faerie Dragon, Music Roll: Legends of Azeroth, Music Roll: Ghost, Music Roll: Angelic, Music Roll: The Burning Legion, Music Roll: Totems of the Grizzlemaw, Music Roll: Heart of Pandaria, and Music Roll: War March — are looted from fixed locations across Kalimdor and other zones and can generally be collected in a single flying pass.
