Collect all of the Music Rolls available for your garrison's jukebox.
Full Discography requires you to collect all 31 Music Rolls available for your Level 3 Alliance garrison's jukebox, following the achievement line that begins with Ten Hit Tunes and Azeroth's Top Twenty Tunes.
Meet the Prerequisites
You must be Level 100 with a Level 3 garrison and have the Garrison Jukebox unlocked by completing the introductory quest chain ending with Bringing the Bass before any Music Rolls can be collected.
Claim the City Music Rolls
Seven rolls are automatically given during the introductory quest: 
Music Roll: Curse of the Worgen, Music Roll: Exodar, Music Roll: Gnomeregan, Music Roll: Ironforge, Music Roll: Night Song, Music Roll: Stormwind, and Music Roll: Way of the Monk.
Collect the Remaining Rolls
The remaining rolls must be tracked down individually across the world; notable rolls to collect include Music Roll: Shalandis Isle (looted near Tyrande Whisperwind in Kalimdor), Music Roll: Angelic (obtained from an Arena Chest), Music Roll: The Burning Legion, Music Roll: Legends of Azeroth, Music Roll: Heart of Pandaria, Music Roll: Ghost, Music Roll: Magic, Music Roll: Invincible, Music Roll: The Argent Tournament, Music Roll: Faerie Dragon, Music Roll: Mountains of Thunder, Music Roll: Song of Liu Lang, Music Roll: Wrath of the Lich King, Music Roll: The Shattering, Music Roll: A Siege of Worlds, Music Roll: High Seas, Music Roll: Cold Mountain, Music Roll: Tinkertown, Music Roll: Mountains, Music Roll: The Black Temple for a total of 31 rolls across all sources.
