Waves Came Crashing Down All Around
Defeat Kormrok in Hellfire Citadel without taking damage from any of the waves on Normal difficulty or higher.
Defeat Kormrok in Hellfire Citadel on Normal difficulty or higher without taking any wave damage yourself.
Defeat Kormrok quickly
Enter Hellfire Citadel and defeat Kormrok before he spawns any waves, or ensure you take no damage from the waves if they do spawn during the fight.
Verify personal achievement
Confirm that you personally earned the achievement. If only your raid group earned it but you did not, you will need to defeat Kormrok again.
Tips
You can obtain this achievement even if you die before any waves spawn, since you will never take damage from them.
